The 12th Free Medical Camp & The Health Check-up Program of Dr. Fazlur Rahman Foundation was held on 05 July 2024 at Dr. Anna-Fazlur Charitable Hospital, Sirajganj, Bangladesh. 210 poor patients were directly benefited by health check-up, diagnosis and medicines free of cost in this program. Criteria of Patients:
• Seasonal fever for Children & Senior citizen
• Pregnancy & Gynecologic
• Diabetic
• Skin Disease
• Malnutrition
• General weakness.
